  • Okonomiyaki

This savoury Japanese kind of pancake is created with wheat, yam, and egg and literally means “grilled to your liking.” You can also add whatever you want, as the name implies. Green onion, shrimp, meat, veggies, squid, mochi, and cheese are the most prevalent components. It’s cooked on a griddle and frequently prepared by the customers, which adds to the enjoyment.
